Sgt. Ahmed “Al” Alazawee, born in Baghdad, Iraq then moved to Jordan in 2006 with his family to escape the war eventually coming to America in 2008. Moving in right across the street from Tony, they became inseparable. They both graduated from the same high school and joined the Marine Corps together as 3531 Vehicle Operators, Ahmed in 2016 and Tony in 2017. Stationed in Okinawa Japan with 5th ANGLICO, then at Camp Lejeune with 2nd TSB. After getting out of the Marine Corps he pursued Law Enforcement becoming a deputy sherif, and later joining the PA National Guard as an 11B.
Cpl. Tony “Pianno” Dienno, a Pennsylvania native, Joined the Marine Corps at 17 years old in 2017 as a 3531 Motor Vehicle operator, having family members in military service since World War One, he wanted to continue the tradition of service to God and Country. After 6 months in the fleet was ordered to stay back for Hurricane Florence to provide shelter and security to the civilians that didn’t evacuate and was later awarded the Humanitarian Service Medal. He then cross trained into Ammunition, Explosives, and Hazardous Materials with EOD to aid in Battalion Trainings and support other units under the 2nd Marine Division such as grenade and rifle ranges. While in the Armory he learned of a talent for fixing and maintaining different weapon systems which is still a passion for him today.
